PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Structured Workouts With Clear Progressions

KRX Teen Strength Lab gives teenagers a structured place to train, improve, and build consistent habits together.
Every 50-minute workout includes coaching, technique instruction, appropriate scaling, and one clear strength or calisthenics focus.

Students will work on:

  • Push-up and pulling progressions

  • Planks, core holds, and carries

  • Squat and single-leg progressions

  • Hip-hinge strength

  • Controlled jumping and landing

  • Balance and athletic movement

  • Proper technique and training consistency

  • Students can focus on foundational strength while progressing toward calisthenics skills such as handstands, stronger push-ups, core holds, and advanced pulling movements.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS WITH WODIFY

See Your Progress Over Time

Karate RX will use Wodify to track each student’s strength work and calisthenics development.
Coaches will record:

  • Exercise variations and skill levels

  • Weights and repetitions

  • Push and pulling progressions

  • Squat, hinge, row, and carry performance

  • Core benchmarks

  • Attendance and consistency

Students will have a clear record of where they started, what they are currently working on, and what comes next.
