What kind of karate do you teach?
Our primary focus at Karate RX is striking and stand up fighting. We teach practical self defense techniques that have the highest chance of success and maximum effect.

How long will it take to get a black belt?
It takes a consistent, hard working student 5 years to earn their black belt in Karate RX.
As a student advances in skill and belt rank they will be required to perform more difficult techniques and forms. Failure is not uncommon.
How often should I Come To Class?
Students should come to class on average twice a week. If you miss any classes we encourage you to make them up in the following weeks!
Do I have to pay $20 every two months for a new belt?
No, unlike most martial art studios earning a new belt has no additional cost.
If I join, am I locked in a long term contract?
No. If you ever want to cancel we only require a 10 day written notice before your next tuition billing date.
There are no cancellation fees or sign up fees at Karate RX.
